crumbling children's home recently reopened by ex-resident Laura (Belén

son Simón (Roger Príncep) vanishes on a sunny afternoon. Convinced Simón's
stories about imaginary friends in the spooky building prove he's been
spirited away by malevolent ghosts, Laura embarks on a quest to retrieve him
that will push her to the limit of sanity.

(Forest Whitaker) a tourist video-taping the historic event to show his kids
when he returns home. Also there is Rex (Sigourney Weaver) a TV news producer
who is reporting on the conference. It's only as we follow each person's
perspective of the same 15 minutes prior to and immediately after the shooting
that the terrifying truth behind the assassination attempt is revealed.

house and its surrounds are infested with fairies, goblins and a great big ogre,
all of them invisible until a goblin spits in your eye. Though it's pitched at
the child–friendly end of the fantasy spectrum, The Spiderwick Chronicles is
unexpectedly gripping and equally entertaining for adults.
